Finally I am done with my drawing of Megan Fox on a piece of printer paper

I lost my art paper, so that is why I did this kind of drawing. I used blending stumps, mechanical pencil, 9B pencil, pen, and charcoal pencil. This picture of Megan is from the 27th Breakthrough event.

Tell me, how do you draw the glow in their eyes? Just drawing around? erasing? And how do you do the hair?
